If you wish to delete all of the recipients from your system, you can do so from the Bulk Delete page. Once deleted, the recipients will not be able to be recovered. If you wish to save a backup of the recipients list, you can download the bulk import template and use the bulk import functionality to re-add them to the system.
To bulk delete your recipients:
Log into the Universal Alert and click the 'Recipients' tab.
Click 'Bulk Delete'
Click 'Delete All Recipients'
NOTE: THIS CANNOT BE UNDONE
