Universal Alert shows you the alerts that have been sent and the detailed results of each.

To see this:

1. Log into the Universal Alert and click the 'Alerts' tab.

2. You will see a list of the 5 most recent alerts. You can see older alerts by clicking 'Next page'

3. Click on an Alert to see the report, which shows:

• The time the alert was completed

• Who created the alert

• The message text

• A pie chart showing message delivery status

• A sortable list of all recipients and their message delivery status

From the report screen, you can also resend the alert to all the original recipients, or resend it to only the failed recipients. See RESENDING AN ALERT.
