Managing your Universal Alert account is all done through the system. When you are logged into your account, click on the 'Account Management' tab.

From there, you can:

  • See how many credits you have remaining

  • Purchase additional credits for sending text messages and phone calls

  • Cancel or Reactivate your subscription

  • Change your payment method

  • View an activity log and graph showing your credit usage over time
