Once an alert has been sent, you have the option to resend it to all of the original recipients or resend it to only the failed recipients.

To resend to all of the original recipients:

1. Log into the Universal Alert and click the 'Alerts' tab.

2. Find the alert you wish to resend and click its name

3. Click 'Send Alert Again'

To resend an alert to only failed recipients:

1. Log into the Universal Alert and click the 'Alerts' tab.

2. Find the alert you wish to resend and click its name

3. Click 'Send to Failed Recipients' Again
