Universal Alert is a powerful yet simple mass-notification system. The web-based system allows you to quickly and effortlessly communicate a message to groups of people via text message, telephone and email. After an alert is sent, you can view cumulative reports showing successfully contacted recipients.

Universal Alert uses credits when sending alerts. Each phone call or text message sent via the system uses one credit. A subscription allows you to use 500 credits per month before you need to purchase more. If you need more credits before the end of the billing month, you can purchase them at any time for just 10 cents each.

Universal Alert can be accessed from any internet-enabled device, such as your computer, smart phone, tablet, etc. Once logged into the system, administrators can:
