I don't understand the pricing?

We try to keep our pricing clear and simple, with no hidden costs or contract commitments. Since this is a relatively new technology, we understand it may be confusing at first blush, especially in light of some of the complicated pricing schemes that other mass notification system providers may use.

Our pricing is based on our costs, and we simply pass those along to the customer when incurred by us.  So, here are the two components you may pay for with Universal Alert.

  • Monthly Fee - There is a flat cost of $99 per month to use the system, which covers our cost to host and maintain Universal Alert in our powerful data centers.  We throw in 500 free message credits with this, so you can send up to 500 text message and phone calls.  These credits expire and are replenished with a fresh 500 credits ever month on your billing date.
  • Additional Credits - If you need more than your 500 monthly allotment of free credits, we charge you a minimal cost of 10 cents per credit.  These can be bought in any increment at anytime with a few clicks in the system.  Purchased credits expire after 1 month.

For more information on how credits work, see the article: How do credits work?
