Is my data secure with Universal Alert?

We take the security of our customers' data very seriously and we protect our infrastructure accordingly.  Universal Alert is in use at several U.S. Military bases across the country, and we are in compliance with all of the standards that they dictate for security.

Universal Alert uses the following security encryptions across our infrastructure to ensure your data is protected:

  • Web Communications are encrypted with Open SSL 1024‐bit web encryption
  • Server Communications are encrypted with Open SSL 1024‐bit web encryption
  • Intra‐Server Communications are encrypted with Blowfish 256‐bit data encryption
  • Web and Database partitions are encrypted with AES 256‐bit hard drive encryption
