Updating your credit card details is easily done from the Account Management tab in your Universal Alert system.

To update your credit card information:

1. Login to Universal Alert and click on the Account Management tab
2. Click 'Manage Subscription'
3. Click 'Change Payment Method'
4. Enter your new credit card details and click 'Change Payment Method'

Your new payment details will be securely stored in our system and your subscription will continue using the new payment method when your next billing date occurs.
