 Viewing Additional System Data Reports
Solution In addition to the detailed reports available on alerts sent out by the system, there are several other reports available for various system data.
These reports include:
  • View Users - produces a list of system users
  • View Recipients - produces a list of recipients
  • View Groups - produces a list of groups, and details which recipients are in each group
  • View Alerts - produces a list of alerts, and details which contact options, linked groups, and alert options are defined for each
  • View Minutes - produces a list of phone calls sent and gives various details on each, as well as cumulative totals
  • View Audit Logs - produces a list of all system events, such as logins, logouts, additions, deletions, triggers, etc.
To view any of these reports:
  1. Log into the Universal Alert web interface, and click the Reports tab.
  2. Click the button that corresponds to the report you wish to produce.  The drop-down menus to the right of each button allow you to select various options to fine tune your report.
  3. The reports are produced on screen in a format that is easily printed or exported to a word processing program (if the report is in a list format) or a spreadsheet (if the report is in a table format).
