 How can recipients keep their own data up to date?
Solution Keeping the recipients data up to date can be a challenging task if it is the sole responsibility of the system administrator(s).  We recommend allowing recipients to administer their own data.  This can be easily done by assigning each recipient a password and ensuring they have an email address listed, which can be done when they are enrolled in the system.

Once a recipient has an email address and password listed, they can log into the system, using the company name, their email address as the username, and their password.  They will be taken to their recipient data page when they log in and will be able to update it themselves.  They will not have access to any other parts of the system besides controlling their own recipient data.
